Ingredients for making protein pancakes
• Oatmeal: 1/4 cup
• Protein powder: 1 cup
• Egg white: 1/2 tablespoon
• Chickpea powder: 1/2 cup
• Coconut powder: 1/4 cup
• Almond milk or low-fat milk: 1/4 cup
• Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon
• Coconut oil or sesame oil: a little
• Walnuts and honey as desired for topping
How to make
1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.
2. Spray some coconut oil or sesame oil in a non-stick pan.
3. Turn the gas heat to medium. When the pan is hot, pour some of the batter into the pan. As the gas heat is medium, wait for one side of the pancake to cook. In fact, when bubbles form on the pancake, it means that our protein pancake is cooked.
