<p><br />At a critical and challenging juncture, I accepted the responsibility of leading the Human Resources Division and serving as Executive Advisor to the CEO of Pakban Food Industries. The organization was facing accumulated legal issues, structural challenges, and an atmosphere of mistrust. Many inside and outside the company doubted its future and saw little hope ahead.</p> <p>With the strategic support of senior managers at Golrang Industrial Group, strengthened internal cohesion, and the tireless efforts of our dedicated colleagues, we began a journey of rebuilding and progress. This path included the improvement of production processes, renovation of factory spaces, and overhaul of key equipment. Empowered factory management played a central role, and our organizational culture underwent a positive transformation — teamwork, accountability, and motivation were revived among employees.</p> <p>In the HR domain, the Training Department was reactivated, short-term development programs were implemented, and medium- and long-term plans were designed. Today, the foundations of transformation are being established across all sectors to position Pakban as a leading name in Iran’s dairy and juice industry.</p> <p>To enhance employee health and safety, the Occupational Health and Safety Unit, as a subset of HR, has been strengthened with a preventive and expert-oriented approach. The goal is to create a safe workplace, reduce occupational risks, and ensure the physical and mental well-being of all staff. In this regard, the company’s physician is present twice weekly at both headquarters and the factory to monitor health conditions, provide consultations, and follow up on special cases.</p> <p>From an environmental standpoint, Pakban focuses on improving and standardizing its wastewater treatment plant to ensure stable and sustainable operation. In the next phase, a significant portion of the treated water will be reused in factory utilities and green spaces — a vital step toward environmental sustainability and industrial responsibility.</p> <p>Social responsibility remains a key priority. Various sports, cultural, and community-support activities have been undertaken, including collaboration with charities, promotion of public health initiatives, and fostering organizational vitality through sports and cultural events.</p> <p>While many competitors in the industry were forced to halt operations, Pakban maintained production quality, redesigned packaging, and stayed responsive to market needs — preserving customer trust and increasing market share. The continued support of our valued customers has been instrumental in this journey. We remain committed to listening to their feedback and view it as a valuable asset for sustainable growth.</p> <p>Today, Pakban stands not only as a symbol of resilience but also as a model of transformation driven by collaboration, expertise, and collective determination.
